Driving Directions:
To get to Pearson's Pond Luxury Inn and Adventure Spa, follow the directions below.

From the airport to Pearson's Pond:

 From airport car rental lot  

  • As you are driving away from the terminal, stay to the left and make a left at the first intersection.
  • Follow the road to your first street light, which is Glacier Highway. Turn left onto Glacier Highway.
  • In about 1/2 mile Glacier Hwy becomes MENDENHALL LOOP ROAD as you cross over Egan Drive. You will be on this road for about 2 miles or so heading towards the glacier.
  • Watch for a large green sign on the right side of the road (says Mendenhall Glacier go forward, Mendenhall Loop Rd. and Auke Bay turn left, campground go left) which is at a T intersection (no light or stop sign and it is past the Mendenhall Boulevard light ).
  • Turn LEFT here at this sign to continue on this back portion of MENDENHALL LOOP RD. (commonly called Back Loop Rd on some maps) for one mile.
  • After you cross over the Mendenhall River bridge, turn LEFT  onto RIVER RD.,
  • After a long block, Turn RIGHT on KELLY CT., and shortly
  • Turn LEFT on SAWA Circle and turn into first driveway on left at 4541 Sawa. The inn is well lit and marked. Call 907-789-3772 ASAP if you get lost. It should take you 8-10 minutes from the airport.

From Downtown Juneau or Federal Building:

  • Follow Egan Drive North for approximately 10 minutes.
  • Turn right at the light on Mendenhall Loop Rd.
  • Refer to directions above to take you the rest of the way to Pearson's Pond Luxury Inn & Adventure Spa.
