• Minimum stay: Two consecutive nights May 15 to September 15 - or add $100 single night surcharge. No minimum stay from September 16 to May 14.

• Tax and Gratuity: Add 17% combined room/sales tax & optional gratuity. Currency: Rates are in U.S. dollars. Major credit cards accepted. (waived on monthly leases).

• Extra persons: $50 fee applies. Children: The serene environment appeals to adults. Children under 12 allowed at the inn only when you book 5 rooms. Non-Smoking and Pet-Free Facility

• Concierge, trip planning, and individualized packages available.

• Room Assignments: Room assignments within each category are made on arrival based on availability.

• Reservation prepayment deposit and guarantee: Required at time of reservation; equal to first night at inn, or $500 at condo or wedding dates.

• Cancellation or change notice required. Please tell us of any possible changes or cancellations ASAP, as it is difficult to rebook on less than 90 days notice. Travel insurance is strongly suggested (available on the web or from your local agent, and may cover a variety of maladies from illness, death, transportation, employment, natural disasters or other issues).

Cancellation/change notice must be made in writing at least 30 days in advance for stays/services occuring between May through September, and 10 days in advance for stays/services occuring between October through April. Any change or cancellation made beyond the cancellation/change period will incur at minimum $50 administrative fee per night or per service. Any change or cancellation made within the cancellation change period will incur a minimum 50% fee of the total charge for each night/service originally booked but not stayed/taken. Juneau weather delays excepted. By making the reservation, you agree to these terms.

For tours, massages or other requested arrangements made on your behalf have the same cancellation notice, times and fees apply, with additional tour supplier cancel policies and fees prevailing if greater than those stated herein. For weddings, minimum notice is 60 days year round and the $500 Save the Date deposit is non refundable. Again, travel insurance is suggested.

Off-Site Condo Policies. Rates by the month (and by the week for early departure), varies by season, # of occupants, & duration of stay. All non-smoking. $500 deposit is non-refundable. Required cancellation notice for monthly stays will be commensurate with duration of stay.
